Long term decisions about where we live, work and how we get from A to B have ushered in an era of exploding wastelines, toxic air and rising global temperatures. The promise of smart growth, a combination of better designed communities and sustainable economic development is gaining currency in Maine.

Alan Caron, President and founder of GrowSmart Maine.  Alan is a lifelong resident of Maine who has been involved in a wide range of initiatives and changes in Maine, both professionally and as a volunteer.
Dr. Fanburg MD, MPH Maine Coast Memorial Hospital Physician who specializes in the needs of children and has added expertise working with adolescents and young adults through 25 years of age. Special interests include eating disorders, substance abuse, ADHD, depression, anxiety, other adolescent health issues and Telemedicine.
