May, 2005 Common Health: Community Heroes

The May program in the Common Health series focused on often unrecognized "everyday heroes" who help to improve the overall health of our communities: people who help build athletic fields for our kids, start movement programs for our seniors, and a host of other contributions that can help improve community health. Host Jim Fisher spoke with a number of "community heroes" from towns throughout the WERU listening area to find out what they were doing and why.
